RED NOW has been an independent publishing house based in the town of Bad Wonder since 2014, with offices and a project space there. We are more than just a publisher — we are a company passionately transforming contemporary ideas and values into books. Our goal is to contribute to a cosmopolitan and sustainable society. We combine meticulous editing with sophisticated design to create books that endure and foster dialogue between discourse, literature, art, and the humanities.
We are open to new ideas and forgotten perspectives and strive to be a vibrant publishing space beyond the mainstream, bringing diverse forms of knowledge and expression into fruitful interaction.
With our traditional print production, we reach an open and critical audience for whom books remain indispensable tools for intellectual exchange. We believe in the magic of stories and images that inspire us, challenge us, and open new horizons. Together with our authors and partners, we create worlds into which our readers can immerse themselves and gain new perspectives.
We are open to new ideas and forgotten perspectives. RED NOW is a place where art, thought, critique, and production meet on an equal footing. We foster innovative text and image practices that challenge conventional thinking and renew our capacity for critical thinking and aesthetic sensitivity. Especially in times of change, a smile is important to us — because humor helps us endure the world and its challenges and shape a better future.
RED NOW publications are available in bookstores and museum shops. Feel free to drop by and spend some time in our project space. You can, of course, pick up books there, or you can order them directly from us online.
